Most instruments need calibration and maintenance on a regular basis to maintain an
optimum performance. UJASON offers calibration devices and accessories for all probes. We
can also calibrate your probes for you. We have a reminder service to help you remember
that your instruments need calibration and maintenance.
The Rotronic calibration devices are small, airtight chambers that fit exactly to the respective
probes. The lower part is a screw-mount lid, into which the humidity standard is filled,
together with a textile pad. After a period of stabilization, typically 60 minutes at stable
temperature, the required humidity value is attained. The instrument can now be calibrated
against the humidity reference value. Calibration devices are available for the entire range of
Rotronic products, and we can also supply calibration devices for third party probes.

We provide certified inspections such as MPI, UT, and pressure testing for critical infrastructure and equipment, complete with documentation and compliance reports.

Ujason Int’l Services Ltd conduct specialized inspection such as MPI and UT for other servicing companies. On conclusion of the above inspection activities, a pressure testing of the chicksan, swivel, pop joint, hoses etc is carried by our operational team to ensure the integrity of the MPI and UT inspection.
However, should the client decide to carry out the pressure testing herself, then an Ujason inspector must witness the testing operation, especially at test pressure and hold period. On the basis of been an eye witness, Ujason inspector shall issue a certificate, authenticating the testing operation. In order to meet the expanding need of our clients, Ujason decide to add another scope of service, the fabrication and maintenance services in existing facilities. Due to our professionalism in other scope of works with our clients, it was seamless for our clients to quickly award us contract on fabrication and maintenance services.
At present, we are preparing to mobilize our first fabrication and maintenance contract with Dovewell Oilfield Services Limited, Located at Trans-amadi, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In view of this preparation, as a company we embarked on procurement of fabrication equipment and recruitment of permanent relevant man power (Welders, Fitters).

Specialized services for flange leak detection and repair using hydraulic tensioning and torquing, all in line with safety and operational specifications.

With the varying problems that occur during hook-up and commissioning or shutdown operations, it has become apparent that an integrated service is required. UJASON’s response has been to form a team capable of finding and repairing leaks. Offering this extra dimension can help save time and money since one contractor can control a complete leak testing project with fewer personnel onboard overall, but effectively doing more work.

Once leaks are identified UJASON’s integrated service team will carry out leak repairs with the system de-pressurised. All flange bolts over 1” would be hydraulically bolt tensioned and all bolts below 1” would be hydraulically torqued or hand torqued. UJASON will not carry out flogging under pressure.
The bolt load on the leaking flange is initially taken to the minimum acceptable level in accordance with specifications.

The tension is then progressively increased in increments until the leak is sealed or until the maximum recommended bolt load is reached. If at this bolt load the leak has not sealed then this will be reported to the client to approve further bolt tensioning or allow inspection, gasket renewal or reworking.
